“尼龙塑料丝印油墨”详细介绍
1、油墨特性：單組份或雙組份，油墨中慢幹，流平性好，移印吐墨均勻，不易堵網，耐酒精，耐IPA（異丙醇）抗白電油，耐膠水，可絲印、移印。
2、適用材料：尼龙塑料
3、技術參數：
a、粘度：15000-30000CPS；
b、細度：5um；
c、光澤：彩色60°、黑色40°、白色40°；
d、過網性能：77—120T；
e、表幹時間：自然揮發5—10分鐘；
f、實幹時間：自然揮發14小時；
g、烘烤：60°-70°壹小時；
h、耐酒精1000g力來回超過35次左右，耐磨擦1000g來回超過35次左右，嚴格測試時間自幹48小時；
4、稀釋劑的選擇：
a、開油水：S-3慢幹開油水；
b、S900中幹開油水；
c、S9001移印快幹水；
d、洗網水：S-718。
